The topics of this course introduce you to many key points of life journeys with the intention of empowering you to identify any patterns that no longer serve you.

The principles of self-care and personal recovery include a wide range of topics and personal scenarios not identified in this course. Each has merit to different people in different ways. Through counselling, you are able to safely explore and find solutions that work best for you.
